All prices quoted in Saudi Riyal (SAR) or other regional currencies are subject to formal confirmation on official corporate invoices. Wholesale volume discounts, container shipments, and contract terms are governed by individual supply agreements signed between the parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

VINTRU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper chemical storage, non-compliant dilution, or failure to follow official safety instructions provided on product labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
